Position Responsibilities

• Lead all Golf and Country Club property operations (including golf course, clubhouse and events)
• Develop short and long-term financial, operational plans and budgets for the business, by department, which support the overall corporate objectives
• Maintain product and service quality standards by conducting ongoing evaluations, investigating and resolving complaints; initiating corrective action, as needed
• Coordinate with all departments for execution of events and functions
• Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with guest, staff and management while delivering the highest level of customer service
• Establish and maintain applicable preventative maintenance program, to protect the physical assets of the property
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all business partners and departments on campus
• Adhere to Company standards and maintain compliance with all policies and procedures
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and management of all Golf and Country Club staff
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes
• Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Ability

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field
• Ten+ years’ experience in Golf Club management or related field
• Extensive hospitality experience
• Proven dedication to customer service
• Exude a professional appearance and manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proven leadership skills and qualities
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
