The Director of Sales is responsible for revenue production and meeting or exceeding planned revenue objectives for occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) of multiple properties. This position manages all areas of sales according to company standards of operations with the goal of achieving a professional rapport within the local business community. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to drive customer service satisfaction, maximize room revenue and occupancy, adhere to budgeted expenses, exhibit good decision-making skills, and provide an environment where team members can achieve career growth interests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality management, business administration or related field, preferred
- Hospitality sales and management experience preferred or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
- Prior Director of Sales experience preferred
- Prior knowledge of hotel PMS, POS, and CRM systems preferred
