JOB DESCRIPTION
The AGM assist the General Manager in leading total restaurant operations in line with company values, meeting profitability and quality goals, and ensuring efficient restaurant operations. Responsible for profit and loss, training and development of hourly team members, daily execution and focus on safety and sanitation, quality food preparation and guest service and satisfaction.
EXPERIENCE & ATTRIBUTES
- Current, management experience in a high-volume (5+ million), full service restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence and guest service
- Proven ability to develop teams
- Knowledge of systems, methods and processes that contribute to great execution
- Stable job history with demonstrated upward career and salary progression
- Strong computer, internet, and POS skills
- Highly organized
- High ethical standards
- Is courteous, honest and responsible
